Finding the UK’s smallest bee I did a presentation once to a group of people about bees. Included within the talk was a section on the UK’s smallest bee, the Small Scissor Bee. I was fascinated by how tiny it was and the habit of the male bees that sleep overnight in their favourite flowers.
